Q Do I have to come into the shop to get my uniform?
A All uniforms can be ordered on our website. We have different methods of supply to satisfy customer orders. If you experience difficulty of access you can telephone us with your order. We will always post items which are ordered by phone. Furthermore, we deliver direct to many of our schools:-

Tuesday:- Stratford upon Avon area
Wednesday:- Edgbaston area
Thursday:- Solihull area

For some of our schools we visit and sell uniforms on specified dates. Please ask us how we may supply your individual requirements.

Q My child is an unusual size? Can I get a uniform for him/her ?
A Many of the manufacturers we deal with will make special sizes at a small extra charge. Please allow extra time for this service.

Q My child keeps losing garments, what can you suggest ?
A We can supply 'iron on' and sewn labels. We also supply sticky labels to name shoes lunch boxes etc.

Q You don't stock my school uniform can I obtain school items from you?
A Unfortunately many specialist garments can only be stocked by an authorised school stockist but we have vast stocks of general items so we are always worth a try.

Q My small child goes to Tumble Tots, I have noticed several people have their names printed on the back of their t-shirts and pumpbags. Can you offer this service?
A Many items can be embroidered as a one off for clubs , pubs teams etc. More complicated styles would require a minimum quantity to cover the cost of the computerised design disk, or a one off payment for this service. No quantity too small on simple designs.

Shirley Shop 8.30 a.m - 5.30 p.m Monday to Saturday. Sunday opening 10.30 a.m - 3.30 p.m. We offer extended hours at our busiest times,

A Many parents find it easy to come to Early Years where we can fit them out completely. Our staff are trained to help you.
